Quantum of Solace on Prime Video — Just Terrible.
I dont know why it was decided this should be the sequel to Casino Royale. It’s an awful movie.
I think there was like a writer’s strike or something. I remember reading how, the movie was story boarded or just written on the fly. It removes or eliminates or pauses the character development of bond.
At the end of Royale, bond appears to have made peace with Vesper’s death and is now, well, James Bond. This movie, pauses that, takes a few step backwards, and makes us sit through some nonsensical stunts and story and characters.
This is a bad movie. Almost as bad as the Timothy Dalton movies.
